reblogger.ai.ai is a brand of the twentyfirst media group operated by FollowerX GmbH. These Terms govern your access to and use of reblogger.ai and related APIs, including our WordPress plugin integration.

By accessing and using reblogger.ai ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

reblogger.ai is an AI-powered article generation service that transforms existing articles into new, engaging content. The service includes but is not limited to:

• Article content extraction from supported platforms
• AI-powered content generation and rewriting
• SEO optimization and formatting
• Content customization and styling options
• API access for developers and a WordPress plugin integration

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Generated Content: Subject to third-party rights and applicable platform policies, you own the rights to content generated by the Service for you. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of source URLs and generated content complies with applicable law and third-party terms.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by reblogger.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. API and WordPress plugin usage

We provide API access and a WordPress plugin. Authentication may use regular API keys (paid plans) or WordPress plugin keys (free, limited). Plugin keys are prefixed with wp_ and subject to stricter limits. You must keep keys confidential and not share them publicly.

• Free WordPress plugin keys: up to 10 articles per month; limited models
• Paid API keys: plan-based limits and model access
• We may revoke keys for abuse, security risk, or policy violations

6. Payment and Billing

Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited usage. Free tier users are subject to usage limits and restrictions.

Paid Plans: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Your plan may allocate credits that reset each billing period; unused credits generally do not roll over unless stated otherwise on the pricing page.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and comply with applicable data protection laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, reblogger.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Venue is Hamburg, Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnity and copyright complaints

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, including your inputs, source URLs, and generated outputs.
